From the web platform:
Forms > Create > AI Form Builder
📌 How does it work?
You can create a form in two ways:
1. Create from a PDF
Click “Upload PDF”.
Select the file you want to convert.
The AI will analyze the document and automatically detect the fields.
Ideal for digitizing existing forms.
2. Create from text
Describe the form you need, for example:
“Vehicle inspection checklist with photos and signature”
The AI will automatically generate:
The form structure
The questions
Suggested response types
3. Edit and iterate on the form
Once the form has been generated, you can:
Add, delete, or edit questions
Adjust field types
Reorganize the structure
Preview the form (Preview)
💡 You can iterate as many times as needed before importing it.
4. Import to DataScope
Once the form is ready:
Click Import.
The form will be saved to your account.
You can continue editing it in the Form Editor.
