Yes, it is possible to duplicate the forms. To do this you must enter the <a href="https://www.mydatascope.com/task_forms" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Mobile Form Builder</a>, then click on Configure on the form you want to duplicate and then click on Duplicate:

➡️   Tip: if you duplicate a form that has a custom PDF layout, this layout will also be duplicated. After that, you can make the necessary changes on the layout of your new form.
