To modify an answer already sent through the application, it is necessary that the same user who sent it accesses the application in the My History> Completed section.

Click on the answer and then on "Change form answer" to modify it:

If you are unable to see the "Change form answer" button in the application, you probably do not have permission to edit form responses.

You must check with your DataScope account administrator user to enable this access on your user:

As soon as the permissions are updated, restart your session in the application (Settings > Logout and re-enter the application) to view the changes.
