If you are having issues attaching photos to your forms, it may be that one of the following reasons is happening. Please kindly check the options below:

a. RAM memory or low storage space:

You must free up the device's storage space, or close all other applications that you are not using if the device is running more slowly than normal.

b. Permissions not enabled:

Check that the access permissions of the DataScope application are enabled. To check these permissions, you must do the following:

- On the Android system:

  1. On your device, open the main Setup application.

  2. Click on “apps” or Apps Administrator (the name of this option may vary depending on the device).

  3. Click on the application you want to review. In this case, DataScope.

  4. Click on "Permissions". If any permission is deactivated, the field next to it will be in gray.

  5. If so, enable permissions and confirm if this will resolve the issue. To activate a permission, move the field to the right until it is green.

  6. Try using the application again.

- On the iOS System:

  1. On your device, open the main Settings function.

  2. A list of all your applications will appear at the bottom of this section. Click on DataScope.

  3. Check that the Camera and Photos function is enabled.

c. Using the Integrated Camera in DataScope

You can use the integrated camera in DataScope, which can be activated from the Settings option within the app. This camera is designed to work seamlessly within the application, ensuring you can easily add photos to your forms. Additionally, it is recommended to use it for photo-type questions, QR codes, etc. It also correctly registers orientation changes when taking a photo.
