DataScope

DataScope forms are answered in our app, available for mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) with Android* (Google Play Store) and iOS (App Store) operating systems.

In order to run our application, the device must meet the following requirements:

Operating system: Android 7.0 (Nougat) or higher. On iOS, version 15 or higher. We recommend Android 8.0+ and iOS 16+ for better performance.

RAM: Minimum of 1 GB, with 2 GB or more recommended.

Internal storage: At least 4 GB of free space. Ideally 8 GB or more. External microSD cards can be used if supported by the device.

Camera (if photos or barcode scanning are required): Minimum of 8 MP, with autofocus and zoom recommended.

*temporarily, the DataScope app is not available for Android devices that do not use the Google Play Store.

Check the minimum requirements (specially memory avaliable) and close all other applications you are not using while using DataScope.
