If you need to reuse a custom PDF template in one or more forms, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Accessing the Custom PDF Configuration:

    • Go to Forms > Configure > Configure PDF > Custom PDF.

    • Click the Open PDF Editor button.

  2. Editing and Selecting an Existing Template:

    • Once inside the editor, you'll see the PDF structure.

      • On the left side, you’ll find a set of components available for structuring the document.

      • On the right side, you can view the properties and format of the selected component.

    • To import an existing template, go to File > Open. Here you will find all the available templates.

    • Select the template you want to use.

  3. Exporting and Downloading the Template:

    • After selecting the template, go to File > Export.

    • Download the template in .json format.

  4. Importing the Template into Another Form:

    • Refresh the page to ensure the editor is ready to import a new template.

    • Go to File > Import.

    • It’s important to check the "Override an existing template (optional)" box if you want to replace the current form's template with the new one.

    • Select the template that will be replaced, meaning the one currently used by the form. You can see its name at the top.

    • Select the downloaded .json file and click Import.

  5. Saving Changes:

    • Wait for the confirmation that the template has been successfully loaded.

    • Finally, select File > Save to save the changes.

The Custom PDF feature is available on Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans.
