If you need to reuse a custom PDF template in one or more forms, you can do so by following these steps:
Accessing the Custom PDF Configuration:
Go to Forms > Configure > Configure PDF > Custom PDF.
Click the Open PDF Editor button.
Editing and Selecting an Existing Template:
Once inside the editor, you'll see the PDF structure.
On the left side, you’ll find a set of components available for structuring the document.
On the right side, you can view the properties and format of the selected component.
To import an existing template, go to File > Open. Here you will find all the available templates.
Select the template you want to use.
Exporting and Downloading the Template:
After selecting the template, go to File > Export.
Download the template in
.json
format.
Importing the Template into Another Form:
Refresh the page to ensure the editor is ready to import a new template.
Go to File > Import.
It’s important to check the "Override an existing template (optional)" box if you want to replace the current form's template with the new one.
Select the template that will be replaced, meaning the one currently used by the form. You can see its name at the top.
Select the downloaded
.json
file and click Import.
Saving Changes:
Wait for the confirmation that the template has been successfully loaded.
Finally, select File > Save to save the changes.
The Custom PDF feature is available on Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans.
