The Home Section is where you can view, filter, and manage all completed form responses in your DataScope account. From here, you can apply filters, edit entries, export data, and perform various actions without switching views.
🕵️ Filtering forms
To quickly find the information you need, you can use the following filters:
Date: Select a date range.
User: Filter by the user who completed the form.
Status: Search forms by their current status.
Location: Find forms linked to specific locations.
Form code: Search using the form's unique identifier in DataScope.
Question and answer: Locate forms based on a specific question and answer.
✅ Available actions in the Home Section
From the Actions column, you can:
View a form’s modification history.
Edit answers (depending on user permissions).
Export data in formats like Google Sheets, PDF, or Excel.
Send a copy of the form via email.
Start a chat with the user who completed the form.
Note: Some of these options are only available to users with advanced permissions.

🗑️ Delete and recover responses
If a response is incorrect or outdated, you can delete it easily. If something is deleted by mistake, it can be recovered from the Home Section.

Export multiple entries to Excel, PDF, or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
📤 How to export responses from the Home Section
To export your data, follow these steps:
Filter the information using the desired criteria.
Click Export.
Select the form and date range.
Choose the export format:
Grouped by questions: each row is a question.
Grouped by form: each row is a full form response.
Grouped by repeatable questions: each row is a response within a repeatable section.
PDF: a document with all responses.
Enter the email address where you'd like to receive the file.
Important: If you don’t see the export button, check with your admin to confirm you have the proper permissions.
