To change the name of a form created or imported on the DataScope web platform, you must follow these steps:
Access the Mobile Form Builder tab, and select the form you want to change by clicking on Configure> Modify App:
2. At the top of the screen, you will see the "Name" field, where you will be able to change the current name of your form:
3. All set. Click on Save to save the name change.
