If you have disabled a form (see how to do it here) and want to reactivate it, just follow the steps below:
Access the Forms tab on the Web Platform and click "Configure" on the form you want to change. Select the "Publish" option, as shown below:
2. Wait and accept the platform confirmation.
All set! Your form will now be reactivated.
If you don't see it or see it in a different color, simply refresh the page.
