This functionality allows you to establish a communication between a web user and the mobile user who registered the information on a specific form, in order to complement the observed data. In this way, the chat conversation will be linked to that specific form and can be consulted at any time.

To use this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Open the form you want to start the conversation with
  2. Click the "Chat" button
  3. Ask the corresponding questions
  4. The mobile user who registered the data will receive a notification on the mobile device and the chat will open.

To consult the content of the chat, simply enter the Summary tab and open the content of the desired form.

*The Chat functionality is available only on our Standard, Premium or Enterprise Plan.
