What do I do if my integration is not working properly?

If your integration is not working properly, please review the following information:

➡️ Have you made any changes to the Google Sheets?

Note that if you edit something on the spreadsheet, its integration is broken. Therefore, no alterations should be made to your spreadsheet.

If there are any changes, then return the form to the Google spreadsheet to try to fix the problem. If you need to make changes, you must add a new sheet and make the changes on the new sheet.

➡️ Have you entered new forms with the application before integrating?

Only the new data will be reflected in the Google Sheets. Therefore, responses prior to integration will need to be submitted manually.

➡️Have you given write permission on the Google Sheets document?

You need to give write permission to the Google Sheets spreadsheet for the integration to work for the email datascope-sheets@datascope-io.iam.gserviceaccount.com.
