When a form is deleted in our Forms, the responses to this form are still available in the system.

Deleted forms may still appear in listings, allowing users to access their historical responses. This ensures that valuable data is not lost even if the form itself is no longer available.

To access responses from a deleted form, go to the home section in DataScope. Use filters to locate the responses associated with the deleted form. View or export the responses as needed. This allows you to analyze or use the data even though the form itself is no longer active.

FAQs on Form Deletion and Data Recovery

Q: Why does a deleted form still appear in the list? A: Deleted forms appear in the list to allow users to access their historical responses. The form’s structure is removed, but the data remains available. Q: Can I recover the structure of a deleted form? A: No, the structure of a deleted form cannot be recovered. However, you can use the exported responses to recreate the data list or design a new form based on the historical data.

If you want to delete a form, ensure you have exported any necessary data beforehand. Once deleted, the form's structure cannot be recovered, but its responses will remain accessible for historical reference.
