I can't receive emails from DataScope

If your mailbox does not recognize the DataScope domain, you must add it to your whitelist

📌 1. Most common issues:

If you cannot receive the emails from DataScope, check the following points:

1) Have you verified your SPAM box? When you export from the Web Platform (Resume tab) your forms go directly to the email indicated on the platform. We recommend checking if these emails are not reaching you directly to SPAM.

*Remember that your exported files will also be available in the Alerts tab.

2) If you are automatically notifying more than one email, they must be separated by a comma and a space, as explained in this example: email1@example.com, email2@example.com.

3) It may be a problem on your mailbox provider (a possible block). Check with your email provider and add the DataScope email to your whitelist (see more details below).

📌 2. Whitelist

The whitelist specifically allows emails from a particular source, such as DataScope, to enter your email inbox.

Adding reliable email addresses to your whitelist, so that they can easily pass through your spam filter or spam folder, varies between email providers and Internet security platforms. The following is a list of steps for the most common email programs, in alphabetical order.

The email you should add to your whitelist is: no-reply@datascope.solutions.
