In DataScope, you can define the access levels for each user. To make changes to each user's profile, you should access, on the web platform, Settings> Users > Configure > Edit, as shown in the image below:
This will display the fields for editing the user's information and the permissions that can be granted or denied to each user. Additionally, you can limit the Forms and Locations to which each user will have access.
See below the permissions available for configuration:
*Permissions - Basic:
Show Form Answers: Gives access to the user to see the answers submitted by other team members.
Chat: Gives access to the user to comment on the answers of a form.
Answer Forms: Gives free access to the user to complete forms from the account. With no need to be assigned by another user.
View Assigned Forms: Gives access to the user to see the forms assigned to him.
*Permissions - Advanced:
Allow to change status of forms: Gives access to the user to assign a status to each form.
Create List of Custom Data: Gives access to the user to modify lists.
Modify Form Answers: Gives access to the user to modify the answers of a form already sent.
Edit Forms: Allow or restrict users to create new forms or make modifications to existing forms.
Delete/Recover Form Answers: Allow or restrict users to delete or recover deleted responses.
*Permissions - Admin:
Show and Create Users: Gives access to the user to add or remove users from the account (this will allow the user to modify your billing details as well).
Export Data: Gives access to the user to export data into an Excel Spreadsheet.
Other settings:
Location Permissions: Location permissions allow the user to only view forms that have been filled out by selecting that location. For the filter to be applied, the forms must have a 'Single Option Data' question with 'List of Locations' as the data source. If this field is left blank, the user will have no restrictions and will be able to see all submitted forms, regardless of the location selected in the form.
Form Permissions: Allows selecting the forms that the user can view and respond to from the existing forms in their account. If this field is left blank, the user will have no restrictions and will be able to access all forms in the account.
Permissions for User Groups: Groups are groupings of users who share similar permissions. A user can belong to one or more groups, or even none, allowing the possibility of adapting permission settings to each user's specific needs.
TIP: Has updated a user's accesses but he still can't see them reflected in the app?
The user must log off and log back in on the app to update their permissions.
