The minimum subscription duration for DataScope is one month, since the service is billed on a monthly basis.

Invoices are generated for each billing cycle, ensuring transparency in your payment history.

You can cancel your subscription at any time without additional charges. Once canceled, your account will automatically revert to our free plan.

How to cancel your subscription?

  • Monthly plans: charges are renewed automatically every month unless cancellation is requested.

  • Annual plans: payment is charged in full at the time of enrollment.

  • Invoices: Automatically generated for each billing cycle, providing a clear record of payments.

On the Web Platform, you can cancel your plan by going to: Settings > Billing.

If you need help, you can also contact our support team.

⚠️ Important:
In Chile, although you can access your payment portal, it is not possible to cancel or adjust the plan directly from there. To manage your subscription, please contact us via:

Not using the platform does not automatically mean that the service has been canceled. It is necessary to notify the team of the cancellation in order to effectively terminate the service. Important: For our annual plans, the full subscription fee is charged at the time of sign-up and no refunds are available. Additionally, invoices are generated for each billing cycle, ensuring transparency and providing a clear record of your payments.

Resolving Unexpected Charges

If you notice an unexpected charge, it is important to verify its source. Start by checking the merchant name on your receipt or bank statement. If the charge does not correspond to the service, it may be related to a different provider. In such cases, contact the service provider where the subscription was originally created to resolve the issue.

Steps to Address Unexpected Charges:

  1. Verify the Merchant Name: Check your receipt or bank statement for details about the charge.

  2. Confirm the Service: Ensure the charge is related to the service you are using.

  3. Contact the Correct Provider: If the charge is from a different service, reach out to that provider for assistance.
