Can I cancel or upgrade my DataScope anytime?

The minimum subscription duration for DataScope is one month, since the service is billed on a monthly basis.

You can cancel your subscription at any time without additional charges. Once canceled, your account will automatically revert to our free plan.

How to cancel your subscription?

  • Monthly plans: charges are renewed automatically every month unless cancellation is requested.

  • Annual plans: payment is charged in full at the time of enrollment.

On the Web Platform, you can cancel your plan by going to: Settings > Billing.

If you need help, you can also contact our support team.

In Chile, although you can access your payment portal, it is not possible to cancel or adjust the plan directly from there. To manage your subscription, please contact us via:

Not using the platform does not automatically mean that the service has been canceled. It is necessary to notify the team of the cancellation in order to effectively terminate the service.

For our annual plans, the full subscription fee is charged at the time of sign-up and no refunds are available.
