When creating your forms, within any question type you add to your form, you will find two main fields:
Question Title: a short title to identify the question. There is a character limitation on this field, which depends on each device (app). This title appears when you export your data. Example: Name
Question Description: instructions for the user to answer this question correctly. Usually, it presents a longer text (there is no character limit), and that only appears in the application (does not appear when exporting data). This is an optional field. Example: Please write your full name
