At DataScope, we offer several form templates that can be tailored to your needs. The templates offer more practicality, speed and optimization in the process of creating your forms.
On our library you will find the templates for Work Orders, Inspection Forms, Purchase Orders, Surveys and more.
How to use it?
1. Access the Forms tab. You will find the forms templates at the bottom of the page:
2. Click on the form you would like to import and use ("Use Template").
3. A message will appear at the top of the screen, advising that the form is being imported. Then, refresh the web page and the imported template will be seen at the end of your form's list:
4. All set! Now you can start editing or using your new form. To configure it, click on "Configure > Modify App".
