From the Home tab of the web platform, you can locate any form response by applying one or multiple filters. The more filters you use, the more precise your search results will be.
Available filters
📅 By date: Filter responses by a specific date range.
📍 By location: Filter forms that contain a location selected from the Locations List.
📋 By form: Select a specific form from the Forms section.
🔘 By status: Filter responses by the form status.
👤 By user: Filter responses by the user who completed the form.
#️⃣ By form code: Search using the unique code automatically assigned to the form in DataScope.
❓ By question name: Search for forms that contain a specific question. For example: Customer Name, Product Code, SKU.
🔍 By response value: Search for any value entered as a response in a form. For example: Customer ABC, #32424, SKU123.
To use this filter, you must first enter the question name (a partial name is sufficient).
📦 By assets: Filter responses by the assets used within forms.
📌 Note: To use the Question Name and Response Value filters, you must first select a form.
You can combine one or more filters in the same search.
Can't find a response?
Check the following:
Make sure the selected date range is correct.
Confirm that the selected form contains the response you are looking for.
If you are searching by response value, make sure you entered the question name first.
Verify that the user who completed the form has access to your account.
