DataScope

To synchronize the changes made to a form from the web platform on a device, the following steps must be followed:

Click on the Menu in the upper left of the screen

Check that your session is not expired. If it is expired, you must log out and log in again.

1. Open the app on your device
2. Click on the Menu in the upper left of the screen
3. Enter "Settings"
4. Click on "Sync Lists Changes"
5. Check that your session is not expired. If it is expired, you must log out and log in again.
