If you need to modify an answer you already submitted and the Modify Answer option isn't showing up, either in the app or on the Web Platform, check your user's permissions.
🔐 Check your user's permissions
To modify an answer, you need to have the corresponding permission to modify answers enabled. This applies both in the mobile app and on the Web Platform.
If you don't have this permission, the Modify Answer option won't appear in either one.
What should the Administrator do?
If you're the account's Administrator, review the user's permissions from the user settings and enable the permission to modify answers.
If you're not the Administrator, ask the person in charge of managing the account to review your permissions.
🔄 Have my permissions already been updated?
If the Administrator just changed your permissions, you need to refresh your session for the changes to take effect:
In the app: go to Settings > Log Out and log back in with your account.
On the Web Platform: log out and log back in, or refresh the page.

Once you have the necessary permissions, you can modify the answer from wherever is most convenient for you:
