1. Automatic deletion of drafts
Your draft forms will be deleted automatically only if all these conditions are met:
There are more than 100 total responses on your device.
The response is synced or incomplete (draft).
The response was created more than 29 days ago.
In addition, responses can also be deleted automatically if:
You switch to a new device.
You clear the app cache.
You uninstall the app.
⚠️ Remember: if drafts are not synced, they will be permanently deleted.
2. Manual deletion
If you want to delete a draft manually:
Go to My History > Drafts.
Click the trash icon next to the form you want to remove.
3. Recommendations to avoid losing drafts
Avoid switching devices before syncing your forms.
Do not clear the app cache if you have pending drafts.
Sync your forms regularly to keep them safe.
