You can answer DataScope forms from the mobile app. Depending on how your account is set up, you can access a form directly from Forms or answer it through an assigned task.
📱 Answer a form from the app
Option 1: From Forms
If you have access to the form you need to complete:
Open the DataScope app.
Open the main menu.
Select Forms.
Search for and select the form you want to complete.
Start answering the questions.
Option 2: From Assigned Tasks
If a task was assigned to you:
Open the DataScope app.
Open the main menu.
Select Assigned Tasks.
Select the task you want to complete.
Start answering the form's questions.
What is a task?
A task lets you assign a user a specific activity they need to carry out and complete.
📝 How do I complete the form's questions?
Go through and answer the form's questions, checking which ones are required in order to finish it.
From the question list or menu, you can check the status of each one.
Question statuses
🟢 Completed: the question was answered correctly and meets the conditions configured in the form.
🟠 Incomplete: the question has information entered, but still requires some validation or additional action to be considered complete. For example, this can happen when:
A numeric value is outside the allowed range.
Not all required items in a list have been answered.
A question with a comment and image requires additional information.
🔴 Not completed: the question doesn't have an answer yet.
🌐 Looking to answer a form from a browser?
If you need to answer from the Web, that's possible too, either with your account or through a public link shared by the form's administrator. See:

Once you've answered all the required questions, you'll be able to finish and submit the answer.
If you're working without an internet connection, the answer may remain pending sync until you regain a connection.
