To reactivate a user who has been disabled, you should access the web platform and follow these steps:

Click on the <a href="https://www.mydatascope.com/mobile_users" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Settings&gt; Users</a>.

Click on 'Configure' and then 'Activate' for the user you wish to reactivate.

1. Click on the <a href="https://www.mydatascope.com/mobile_users" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Settings&gt; Users</a>.
2. Go to the Deactivated tab.
3. Click on 'Configure' and then 'Activate' for the user you wish to reactivate.
