To reactivate a user who has been disabled, you should access the web platform and follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Settings> Users.

  2. Go to the Deactivated tab.

  3. Click on 'Configure' and then 'Activate' for the user you wish to reactivate. If reactivation fails, check if your account has reached its user limit. You may need to deactivate another user or increase your plan’s user slots.
