Besides the mobile app, you can answer DataScope forms directly from the Web Platform.
To do this, you need to have the Answer Forms permission enabled on your user.
💻 How do I answer a form from the Web?
1. Log in to the Web Platform
Access the DataScope Web Platform and log in with your username and password.
Then, from the main menu, select Forms.
2. Select the form
You'll see the forms you have access to.
Find the form you want to complete and select Fill Out.
3. Complete the form
Answer the form's questions and fill in the requested information.
When you're done, submit the answer.
The answer will be recorded with the user logged in to the Web Platform.
🔐 What permission do I need?
For a user to be able to answer forms from the Web, they need to have the Answer Forms permission enabled.
This permission also allows answering forms from the mobile app.

🌐 Can I answer through a public link?
Yes. You can also answer a form through a public link, without logging in to the Web Platform.
However, there's an important difference:
From Forms: the answer is recorded with the logged-in user.
From a public link: the answer is recorded as an answer submitted through the public link.
If you need the answer to be associated with a specific user on your account, that user needs to log in and answer the form from Forms.
⚠️ Are all features available on the Web?
No. Some mobile app features aren't available in the Web version. For example:
📷 Photo questions
If a question allows attaching a photo, even if it has the gallery disabled, from the Web you can only add it by selecting an image from your computer's file manager.
🔍 Scanner-type questions
Scanner-type questions aren't available in the Web version.
In these cases, you need to answer the form from the mobile app.
📱 What's the difference between answering from the Web and from the app?
The main difference is the environment you complete the form from:

If you need to work without an internet connection, you need to use the mobile app, since answering from the Web requires a connection.
📌 Important
If you answer a form from the Web after logging in, the answer will be associated with your user.
If you answer through a public link, the answer will be recorded as an answer submitted from that link.
