Yes. In DataScope you can modify answers submitted by other users, as long as your user has the necessary permissions.
The modification can be done from the Web Platform or from the mobile app, using the Team Answers section.
💻 Modify an answer from the Web Platform
To modify an answer submitted by another user:
Log in to the Web Platform.
Go to Home.
Look for the answer you want to modify.
Select Actions > Configure > Edit Answer.
Make the necessary changes.
Save the answer.
The answer will remain associated with the user who originally submitted it.
📱 Modify an answer from the app
You can also access other users' answers from the app:
Go to Team Answers.
Select the answer you want to modify.
Tap the answer's header.
DataScope will open the answer on the Web Platform.
Modify the information according to your user's permissions.
Important: to modify another user's answer from the app, you need an internet connection, since editing is done through the Web Platform.
🔐 Why isn't the "Edit Answer" option showing up?
If the Edit Answer option doesn't appear, your user may not have the corresponding permission.
In that case, the account's Administrator needs to review and update your user's permissions from: Settings and help > Users
📌 What should I keep in mind?
Not all users can modify other users' answers.
The ability to modify an answer depends on the permissions assigned to the user.
An internet connection is required to modify answers from the app.
Modifying an answer updates the existing information; it doesn't create a new answer.
