📤 Steps to export assigned tasks
Log in to the DataScope Web Platform.
Go to Task Assignments.
Use the available filters to select the tasks you want to include in the export. You can filter by Date, Location, Form, Status, Users, Assets, Origin, or Task ID.
Check the results to confirm they match the information you need.
Select Export.
In the Export assigned tasks window, check the date range that will be exported. You can change the File name before exporting.
Select Export to generate the Excel (.xlsx) file.
📌 Important: the export includes the tasks whose execution date falls within the applied date range, and takes into account the filters you applied. Before exporting, check the period and the selected criteria to make sure you include the right tasks.
By default, Task Assignments shows a 15-day range. If you need more tasks, widen the Date filter before exporting.
📋 What information can I export?
The export lets you check details of the assigned tasks, such as the assignment date, the responsible user, the Location, and the expected date to complete the task.
The available information will depend on the data recorded for each task.
