Yes. You can start completing a form from the Web Platform and, after submitting it, continue modifying the answer from the DataScope app.
This can be useful when you need to complete part of the information from the office and add additional data later from the field.
💻 1. Complete and submit the form from the Web
Log in to the DataScope Web Platform.
Go to Forms.
Look for the form you want to answer.
Select Answer.
Complete the available information.
Submit the answer.
Once submitted, the answer will be available on the Web Platform, and you'll also be able to find it from the app, under My History > Completed.
📱 2. Continue completing the answer from the app
Open the DataScope app.
Go to My History > Completed.
Look for the answer you submitted from the Web.
Select Modify Answer.
Add or modify the information you need.
Submit the answer again to save the changes.
This way, you can keep working on the same answer from the app.
🔐 The "Modify Answer" option isn't showing up?
To keep modifying an answer from the app, your user needs to have the necessary permissions.
If the Modify Answer option doesn't appear, ask the account's Administrator to review your permissions.

📌 Important
This flow doesn't mean an answer stays open at the same time on the Web and in the app.
You need to first submit the answer from the Web, and then access that answer from the app to modify it and continue completing the information.
When you save the modification, you'll be updating the existing answer.
