You can search for answers submitted from the DataScope app using different filters, such as form, date, location, question, or result.
🌐 Important: to search for answers from the app, you need an internet connection.
🔎 Where can I search for an answer?
Depending on the answer you want to find, you can use:
My History: to search your own answers.
Team Answers: to search for answers submitted by other users, as long as you have the necessary permissions. See Can I restrict permissions for certain users?
📱 Search my answers from "My History"
Open the DataScope app.
Select My History.
Go to Completed.
Select the filter icon in the top-right corner.
Select the filters you want to use.
Enter the corresponding data.
Select Apply.
You can filter by:
Filter by form.
Form: You can choose to filter by a pre-defined form in the Form section.
Filter by configuration.
Start/end date range: You can apply a filter based on a date range.
Location: You can apply a filter to show only the forms that contain a selected location response from the Address List.
Advanced filter.
Question name: You can search for forms that contain a specific question, such as "Customer Name," "Product Code," or "SKU."
Result: You can search based on any result provided as an answer in a form. To use this filter, you need to specify the question name (it can be just part of the question name). For example, you can search for the customer "ABC," the number "#32424," or the SKU "SKU123."
👥 Search other users' answers
If you need to search for answers submitted by other users:
Go to Team Answers.
Select the filter icon.
Set the filters you want to use.
Enter the corresponding data.
Select Apply.
To access other users' answers, you need the corresponding permissions.
You can filter by:
Filter by form.
Form: You can choose to filter by a pre-defined form in the Form section.
Form code: You can filter by the automatic form code in DataScope.
Filter by configuration.
Start/end date range: You can apply a filter based on a date range.
Location: You can apply a filter to show only the forms that contain a selected location response from the Address List.
Filter by status.
Status: You can filter by pre-defined form states in the Forms section.

💡 Don't remember when you submitted the answer?
If you don't remember the exact date, use a wider date range to increase your chances of finding it.
📌 Important
Searching for answers from the app requires an internet connection.
If you're offline, you can keep working with the features available without a connection, but you won't be able to perform this search until you regain connection.
