If you've already completed a form, you can send its answer by email directly from the DataScope app.
You can send it to one or several email addresses.
📧 How do I send an answer by email?
Open the DataScope app.
Go to My History.
Select the Completed tab.
Find and select the answer you want to send.
Select the three-dot menu.
Select Notify via email.
Enter the recipients' email addresses.
Send the answer.
The form's answer will be sent to the email addresses you entered.
💡 Tip: you can send the answer to more than one email address.
📩 Didn't receive the email?
If the recipient doesn't receive the email sent from DataScope, check the Spam or Junk folder.

⚙️ Want the answers sent automatically?
If you need answers to be automatically sent to certain addresses every time a form is completed, you need to set up automatic email notifications.
📌 Important
This feature lets you manually send an answer that has already been completed from the app.
If you want DataScope to send answers automatically when a form is completed, use the automatic email notification settings.
