No. Modifying an answer that has already been submitted doesn't generate a new document or a new folio number.
The answer keeps the same folio (code), and the modified data replaces the previous information in the original document.
📄 What happens when you modify an answer?
When you modify an answer:
The same folio or code is kept.
The previous information is replaced by the new data.
A second, independent answer is not created.
The document associated with the answer is updated with the new information.
💡 Example
Let's say an answer has the folio:
12345
and originally contains:
Quantity: 10
If you later modify the answer and change the quantity to:
Quantity: 15
The answer will keep folio 12345, but the document will show the new quantity (15).
No new folio will be generated, and no second answer with number 12346 will be created.
📊 Where can I check the modified answer?
You can check your answers from the Home module of the Web Platform.
From there, you can also view and export the collected data.

Modifying an answer updates the existing information. If you need to keep the previous information before making a modification, we recommend exporting or saving the data beforehand.
If you need to check what changed, when, and who made the change, you can check the Change log for that specific answer:
Go to Home (Recent Forms).
Look for the answer you want to review.
Click Configure and select Change log.
There you'll see a timeline of each modification — who made it and when — along with the option to View details for each change, even though the answer's document no longer shows the previous value.
