If you deleted an answer from the DataScope app, you can recover it from the Web Platform to use it again from the app.
🔄 How do I recover an answer?
1. Find the deleted answer
Log in to the DataScope Web Platform and go to Home. Then: Recent Forms > Deleted Forms
Look for the answer you want to recover.
2. Recover the answer
Once you've found it:
Select the answer.
Go to Actions > Configure.
Select Recover.
3. Sync the app
Once the answer has been recovered from the Web Platform, you'll be able to access it again from the app.
If the change doesn't appear automatically, run a manual sync from the app. You can check how to do this in: How do I sync pending answers?
❓ Can't find the deleted answer?
If you can't find the answer under Deleted Forms:
Check the filters applied on Home.
Make sure you're searching under Deleted Forms.
Confirm with your account's Administrator that you have permission to view deleted answers.
📱 How do I know if the answer was recovered?
When an answer is deleted, it's marked with a dash (-) in the app.
After recovering it, the dash disappears and the answer shows up as active again.
If the change isn't reflected automatically, sync the app manually.
📌 Important
Recovery is done from the Web Platform. After recovering the answer, you may need to sync the app so the change is reflected on the device.
