This type of question allows you to capture information in numbers format. The answer bar only allows the collection of numerical data.
Some examples where this question is appropriate, is when you want to collect the ID number, age data or the quantity of an item.
Here's a demo of how to set up this question:
To add the question to your form and define its function:
1. Click the "+" button (blue color) or Add New Question in the lower-left corner.
2.In the new question, define:
Title: Define the question title. This field appears in the exported document.
Description: you can enter a description or explanation related to the question. This field appears only in the app, and does not appear in the exported document.
3. At the end of the question you will find the alternatives: Required and Counter.
Required: you can define whether the question must be answered before proceeding to answer the form.
Counter: This function allows you to control the numbering by activating buttons to increase or decrease the numerical value according to your needs.
4. To save the question, click on the “Save” button.
