Below are the instructions to modify a form answer that has already been submitted.
Before making a modification to a completed form, it's important to first check that your user has permission to modify answers (more information about permissions here).
📱 How do I modify an already submitted record?
To modify an already submitted record:
Open the app.
Click the Menu.
Go to the My History > Completed tab.
Select the form you want to edit.
Press the three-dot button in the top-right corner: Modify Form Answer.
This will let you re-enter the form with the previous answers pre-loaded. You can modify the questions you want and then finish the form.
Note: through this flow, within the app, only the user who answered the form can modify their own answer.

You probably don't have permission to edit an already submitted answer. Check your access permissions with your account's Administrator using this link.
