Your surveyors complete each survey from their phone or tablet, even in areas with no signal — the app saves the information locally and syncs it as soon as there's a connection. You can also generate a link to share the form, so the respondent themself (with no need for a DataScope account) can answer from their own computer or phone.

With conditional questions, you can make the survey show different follow-up questions depending on what each person answers — avoiding irrelevant questions and making the experience shorter for the respondent. You can build the survey from scratch, use a template, or generate a first version with the AI Form Generator by describing your study's goal.

As surveys are completed, the answers become available on the Web Platform without waiting for the entire data collection to finish. You can export the data to Excel for your own analysis, or use Ask DataScope to query the results in plain language — for example, what percentage answered a certain option — without having to build pivot tables manually.
