How do I install the DataScope app on my mobile device?

The DataScope app is available for Android and iOS devices.

📱 Download the app

Select your device's operating system:

Android

Open the Google Play Store on your device.
Search for DataScope.
Select the DataScope app.
Tap Install.

iPhone or iPad

Open the App Store on your device.
Search for DataScope.
Select the DataScope app.
Tap Get to install the app.

🔐 Log in to the app

Once the app is installed:

Open DataScope.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Enter your password.
Log in.

📌 Important: passwords are case-sensitive. If your device automatically changes the first letter to uppercase, check that your password was entered correctly.

🔄 Switch accounts

If your user has access to more than one account, you will find a selector in the user menu with the available accounts, identified by name.

When you switch accounts, the app logs out of the current account and opens the selected account. If the switch is not completed, the app will log you out completely and you will need to log in again.

📌 Switching accounts requires an internet connection.

Once you have logged in, you will find the Forms section in the main menu.

This section displays the forms you have access to.

To start completing a form, simply select the form you need.

📌 If a form does not appear, check that your user has permission to access it and that the app is properly synchronized.

If you have already installed the app but cannot access your account:

Make sure you are using the correct email address.
Check that your password is entered correctly, including uppercase and lowercase letters.
Make sure your device has an Internet connection.
If you forgot your password, use the option to reset it.
