Once created, an Issue is managed from its chat. There, the people involved talk, share images and forms, update the status, and record all progress until it’s closed.
📌 The Issues module is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans. Accounts on the Free or Starter plan can activate a 30-day trial.
📌 Open an Issue
In the Issues section, on the web or in the app, select the Issue you want to review.
On the web, the Issue chat opens as a side panel.
Next to Issues in the web and app menu, you’ll see the number of open Issues you have. The number updates when you close or receive Issues, without restarting the app.
