How many users can I have in my DataScope account?

In DataScope, you can create as many users as you need for your operation.

Each user corresponds to a person who has access to the web platform and/or mobile app using their own login credentials.

The Free Plan allows you to create up to 10 users.

It also includes:

All current paid plans include unlimited users.

This means you can add as many users as your organization needs, without additional costs for each user created.

The capacity of your plan is determined mainly by the number of actions/credits included in your subscription and the features available at each service level.

An action/credit corresponds to any of the following events within DataScope:

Each time one of these events occurs, one action/credit is deducted from the total available in your plan.

Some customers still have plans subscribed to before the transition to the action/credit-based model. In these cases, the subscription terms may continue to depend on the number of users included in the plan.
