Republishing a form means making a previously unpublished form available again, so it can be used from the app or web platform.
When a form is unpublished:
It does not appear as an option for new submissions
It cannot be used by users
It remains saved in your account, but inactive
When you republish it:
It becomes available for use again
Users can select it and submit new responses
Steps to republish a form
Go to the “Forms” section in the web portal.
Find the form you want to republish.
Click Configure.
Select the “Publish” option.
What should I do if it doesn't appear as active?
If the form does not appear or is displayed in a different color, refresh the page.
Make sure the action was successfully confirmed.

If you need to republish several forms at the same time, you can do so using bulk actions from the forms list.
