Before taking an action, it is important to understand what each option does:
Unpublish a form
Unpublishing a form means temporarily hiding it.
It will not be available for new submissions
It will not be visible in the app to users
You can publish it again at any time
👉 Ideal when you want to stop using it for a while without losing it.
Delete a form
Deleting a form means permanently removing it.
You will not be able to recover it afterward
It will no longer exist in your account
👉 Ideal when you are sure you no longer need it.
📌 How to unpublish a form?
Go to the “Forms” section in the web platform.
Find the form you want to unpublish.
Click Configure.
Select the “Unpublish” option.
Once unpublished, the form will be displayed in a different color.
👉 To use it again, simply repeat the process and select “Publish”.
📌 How to delete a form?
Go to the “Forms” section in the web platform.
Find the form you want to delete.
Click Configure.
Select the “Delete” option.
Confirm the action when prompted by the platform.
⚠️ Important
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

If the form still appears after you delete or unpublish it, refresh the page.
📌 Bulk actions
If you need to delete or unpublish multiple forms at the same time, you can do so using bulk actions from the forms list.
