If you're not receiving an email sent by DataScope, it could be because the message went to Spam, due to a security setting on your email account, or because the recipient's address is set up incorrectly.
Check the following options.
📩 1. Check the Spam or Junk folder
First, check the following folders:
Spam
Junk mail
Promotions
Other
If you find an email from DataScope there, mark it as Not spam or Not junk.
📧 2. Add DataScope to your safe senders
If DataScope's emails are going to Spam or being blocked by your email provider, add DataScope's sender address to your list of safe senders.
The email currently used by DataScope for these messages is: no-reply@datascope.solutions
If you use a corporate email, your company's administrator may need to add this sender or domain to the allowed senders list.
💡 Tip: if you have a corporate security system or email filter, ask your IT administrator to check whether DataScope's messages are being blocked.
🔎 3. Check the recipient's email address
If you're setting up an automatic notification or sending information to other people, check that the email addresses are entered correctly.
If you have several recipients, make sure each address is separated correctly according to the format DataScope requires.
📤 4. If you exported information from DataScope
When you export data from the Web Platform, the files can be sent by email to the address you entered.
If you don't receive the email:
Check Spam or Junk mail.
Verify that the email address is correct.
Check DataScope's Notifications section to see if the exported file is available there.
🔔 5. If you set up an automatic notification
If the issue is happening with a form's automatic notification, first check that the notification is configured correctly.
🏢 6. Do you use a corporate email?
Corporate email accounts can have additional security filters that block external messages.
If you've already checked Spam and the message still doesn't appear, ask your email administrator or your company's IT team to check:
The blocked senders list.
The allowed senders list.
The domain's security filters.
The logs for rejected or blocked messages.
📌 Important
If the email doesn't appear in Spam and still doesn't arrive after checking your email settings, contact DataScope's Support team.
Include:
The email address that should have received the message.
The type of email you expected to receive (export, notification, etc.).
The approximate date and time it was sent.
The related form or account, if applicable.
This will allow us to review the case more precisely.
