You can set up your organization's visual identity in DataScope from Account Settings and, if needed, use a different logo for certain forms.
🏢 Add your organization's information
Your organization's information can be shown on the Standard PDFs generated by DataScope.
To set it up:
Go to Settings and Help > App Settings.
Fill in or update your organization's information.
Save your changes.
🖼️ Configure the logo
DataScope lets you configure the logo at two levels:
Setting | Where is it shown? |
Account logo | In the app and, by default, on the Standard PDF of your forms. |
Form logo | On the Standard PDF of a specific form. |
Account logo
The logo configured in Account Settings will be used as your organization's general logo.
To set it up:
Go to Settings and Help > App Settings.
Look for the Logo section.
Upload your organization's logo.
Save your changes.
The logo will be shown in the app and will be used as the default logo on Standard PDFs.
Form-specific logo
If you want to use a different logo for a particular form, you can set it up from that form's PDF options.
Go to Forms.
Look for the form you want to configure.
Click Configure.
Select Configure PDF.
In the Form logo section, upload the logo you want to use.
Save your changes.
When you configure a specific logo for a form, it will replace the account's general logo on that form's Standard PDF.
📌 Logo requirements
Both the account logo and a form-specific logo must meet these requirements:
PNG or JPG format.
Dimensions of 400 × 400 px.
Maximum size of 2 MB.
📄 What happens if I use a Custom PDF?
The settings above apply to DataScope's Standard PDF.
If you use a Custom PDF, the logo isn't added automatically. In that case, you'll need to add the logo directly into your document's design.
💡 Which setting should I use?
If you want to use the same logo across all your forms, configure the Account logo.
If you need a specific form to have a different logo, configure the Form logo.
This way, you can maintain a general visual identity for your account and, when needed, customize specific documents.
