The minimum duration of a DataScope subscription is one month, since the service is billed either monthly or annually.
You can end your subscription at any time, with no additional charges. Once the service is cancelled, your account will automatically revert to our free plan.
📌 Plan prices vary by country, since they're shown in the corresponding local currency. That's why we don't share specific amounts in this article — check the current prices for your country directly here:
What happens to my data if I go back to the free plan?
Your forms and answers are not deleted when you cancel. However, the free plan has lower usage limits (users, monthly actions, advanced features) than a paid plan, so some previously configured features or access may be restricted until a paid plan is contracted again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Monthly plans: the charge renews automatically every month unless you request cancellation.
Annual plans: the payment is made in full at the time of sign-up.
On the Web Platform, you can cancel your plan by going to: Settings and Help > Payments
⚠️ If you go to Settings and Help > Payments and don't see your billing or subscription information, you'll need to reach out through the support chat or write to payments@mydatascope.com so our team can help you.
⚠️ Exception for accounts in Chile
In Chile, even though you can access your billing portal, it's not possible to cancel or adjust your plan directly from there. To manage your subscription, you need to contact us through:
The platform's chat
Email: payments@mydatascope.com
Not using the platform doesn't automatically mean the service has been cancelled. You need to notify the team about the cancellation for it to take effect.
Important note about annual plans
On our annual plans, the full subscription amount is charged at the time of sign-up, and no refunds are issued for unused months if you cancel before the end of the contracted period.
