Viewing form answers is done from the Home section of the web platform. From there, you can filter the answers you want to check or export.
📄 Exporting answers as PDF
To download the forms as PDF:
Apply the filters needed to select the answers you want to export.
Click Export.
Under Download format, select PDF Documents.
Click Download ZIP.
Important: the export will include only the answers that match the filters applied in the table.
Note: if you select individual answers using the checkboxes, only the PDF Documents in ZIP option will be available. The Excel options are only enabled when exporting through filters, with no answers selected.
How does the download work?
Direct download: the PDF documents are downloaded in a single ZIP file.
Real-time progress: while the files are being generated, you can see the progress percentage at the top of the platform and keep using DataScope normally.
Automatic download: once the process finishes, the download will start automatically.
Alerts: if you close the tab or the download doesn't finish, the file will remain available under the Alerts section, so you can download it later.
📌 Exporting Excel with PDF documents
The Excel with PDF documents option generates an Excel file that includes a download link for each answer's PDF.
This format is useful when you need to work with the information in Excel first and download only some of the PDF documents.
Important considerations
The Excel file will include an individual link to download each answer's PDF.
The links remain available so you can download the documents whenever you need them.
For PDF export, only the data from the page you're currently viewing in Home will be exported, so you'll need to go to each page you want to export.
Note: if you want to download all the PDF documents in a single file, use the PDF Documents in ZIP option.
