DataScope automatically saves your progress while filling out a form from your browser. If you accidentally close the window, you can easily pick it back up the next time you open it.
Why does this message appear?
When you start filling out a form from the web and close the screen before submitting it, DataScope saves your answers as a draft. The next time you open that same form, the system detects that you have saved answers from a previous session and asks you how you want to continue.
What options do you have?
When you open the form, you'll see a message with two buttons:
Continue with draft: picks up the form from where you left off. Your previous answers load automatically, and you can keep completing it from there.
Start a new one: discards the draft and starts the form from scratch.
⚠️ Important: if you choose "Start a new one," the previously saved answers are permanently deleted and can't be recovered.
Important things to keep in mind
The draft is only saved on the browser and device where you started the form. If you switch browsers or devices, you won't be able to resume it.
If you clear your browser's cookies or cache, the draft will be permanently deleted.
Only one draft is saved per form. If one is saved, you'll always be asked what to do before continuing.
