⚙️ What can the assistant do?
Depending on what you need, you can run different types of queries:
Count Get the total number of records that meet a condition. "How many tasks were completed this week?" "How many tickets are open at the North Plant location?"
List See a list of records with their details. "List the last 10 responses from the inspection form." "Show me the pending tasks for the Operations group."
Detail Explore a specific record in depth. "Show me the details of task #4821." "Give me all the information on asset Compressor-07."
Chart / Dashboard Visualize distributions and trends in your data. You can request the following chart types:
Bar — compare categories
Pie — view proportions
Line — analyze trends over time
Heat map — identify patterns by day or hour
Stat — display a single highlighted number

💾 Save and reuse dashboards
All the charts you generate can be automatically saved in the “My Dashboards” module, where you can access them again at any time.
These dashboards are dynamic, meaning they automatically update as your data changes, without needing to be generated again.
🔗 Combined queries
You can ask more advanced questions by combining multiple conditions or actions in a single query.
"How many tasks did team A complete this month? Show it in a chart." "How many open tickets are there per location and which users are assigned to them?" "List the tasks completed this week along with the form they used."
💡 The assistant can chain multiple searches within a single question.
🧠 Tips for better results
Be specific with dates: "this week", "in March", "in the last 30 days".
Mention the form or group when you want to filter by a specific one.
Ask for the chart type you need directly in your question.
If you don't get what you expected, rephrase the question with more context.
⏱️ Free trial period
When you open Ask DataScope, you may see a countdown showing the remaining time in your trial period.
This counter shows how much time you have left to use the feature before your trial access ends.
💡 Once the trial period ends, you may need to activate this feature depending on your plan.
